Welcome to Vuciva, a platform for personal growth courses, located at 100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Our services include live courses, coaching sessions, and workshops designed to foster personal growth. Detailed information about each offering is available on our website.
2. Digital Learning Materials
Digital learning materials include downloadable guides, video series, and other infoproducts delivered electronically.
3. Physical Products
Physical products such as printed workbooks and course kits are shipped to your provided address.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are payable at the time of registration or purchase. We accept various payment methods as shown on our checkout page.
5. Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Services (Live Courses & Coaching)
If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, we will reimburse the full fee via the original payment method within 10 business days. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra cost if you notify us at least 3 days before the session date. After the course has begun, no reimbursements are available due to the live nature of the content.
5.2 Digital Learning Materials
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligible requests will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 7 business days following approval. Digital materials are only eligible if less than 20% of the content has been accessed, as tracked on our platform.
5.3 Physical Products
If you send back physical products for a full reimbursement within 30 days of delivery, they must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the items to Vuciva. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will process the reimbursement via your original payment method within 14 business days. Any shipping fees are not eligible for reimbursement.
6. No Reimbursement Circumstances
Certain services, including one-on-one coaching packages that commence immediately upon purchase, are not eligible for reimbursement due to their customized delivery. This policy ensures fairness to our instructors and resource allocation.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service in response to legal requirements or to improve clarity. Revised terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
